What to Expect During Air Duct DEEP Cleaning:

Our service technicians will arrive at your home and begin to familiarize themselves with your HVAC system.
The technician will count every vent and return(s) to give an exact price.
Then the technician will remove registers to proceed with sanitation . After this the technician will wash the registers and allow them to airdry.
The vacuum is then used to create a negative pressure inside the duct system, so any debris will be drawn towards the collection device.
The vent is removed and HEPA vacuumed, then the "boot" is vacuumed followed by the positive air line or rotating. Finally the brush cable is run through the supply branch pulling any debris and dust towards the end of the duct were a HEPA vacuum hose is located.
After all the supply branches are cleaned the service technician proceeds to clean the main supply trunk.
Starting from the furthest point away from the collection device, all the debris that was moved into the main trunk is then blown and brushed towards the collection device.
After all the trunk is cleaned and inspected, the heating and cooling components are cleaned, the blower cabinet is cleaned, the blower motor is replaced, all the access holes are sealed, and a new air filter is put in, then the system is turned on to make sure it is running properly.
